  • Premium Visuals
  • Integrated VenBot AI Assistant
  • Responsive and SEO-optimized Design

3. Account Registration

  To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

3.2 Account Information

  You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3.3 Account Security

  You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Responsibilities

  You agree to:
  • Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not engage in activities that disrupt our services.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

  5.1 Plans

   We offer several website packages:

  • Starter Package: $149 one-time setup fee, with VenBot at $49/month
  • Standard Package: $299 one-time setup fee, with VenBot at $49/month
  • Advanced Package: $500 one-time setup fee, with VenBot at $49/month
   5.2 Payment Terms

     Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

    5.3 Changes to Fees

     We reserve the right to modify fees with a 30-day notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  6.1 Ownership

   All content, software, and materials on our site are the property of AI-Powered SmartSites, protected by intellectual property laws.

  6.2 License

   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for personal or internal business purposes.

  6.3 Restrictions

   You agree not to modify, copy, or reverse-engineer our software.

7. Confidentiality

 7.1 Definition

  “Confidential Information” includes any non-public information shared between parties.

   You agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose information without written consent.
